Our online upload and order system does not require any passwords or special software for access. The file upload system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
We recommend the following file types:

- Illustrator EPS, AI |
- PDF |

- For fine art and photo prints, image files should be sized final print size at 300 dpi.
- For canvas prints or photos on canvas, image files should be 150 dpi at final image size.
- If you have an original digital camera file from your camera, just upload it to us and we will do the rest to prepare your image for a photo on canvas.
We support other file formats such as camera RAW files but please call us to discuss.
When uploading files please include the following information with your image upload.
- Your name and ship to address if required.
- Telephone number.
- Order instructions and print sizes.
- Photo on canvas orders please indicate canvas size, wrap style, and frame option if applicable.
